Executive Director

IMG_0774Spets Association Management can point a staff person to serve as the Executive Director or Account Manager for your organization. This person will be the initial point of contact for all our services.  
 
Your association’s Executive Director or Account Manager will attend Board and Committee meetings (either in person or virtually, as may be determined), provide meeting agendas and all required materials to participants, as well as take and distribute meeting minutes.  
 
The Executive Director or Account Manager will also be the liaison to your Committee chairs, assisting committees in their meetings, projects, events and in their reporting to the Board of Directors.  
 
The Executive Director can also serve as the go-to-person for your entire membership and become the face (and voice) representing your non-profit organization to the membership. This will add to the reliability and consistency of your organization, from year to year, from board to board.
